WHAT WE DO

We connect neighbors to resources.

We love helping neighbors in Washington County navigate the landscape of resources available from our communities and Resource Partners.

I've run out of firewood and I've already used local sources for heating assistance.
I'm glad you reached out.  Our resource partners can collaborate to find available funding for you.
I was in remission and now my cancer has returned.  I need help navigating my options.
I understand.  I'll connect you with a Cancer Navigator at Healthy Acadia who can help.
I'm 74 and not well-enough to go to the hospital for a COVID vaccination.  Can I get vaccinated at home?
Absolutely! A nurse at St. Croix Regional Medical Center will schedule a visit with you soon.
