EMDC works to assist Job Seekers, including youth and those with significant barriers to employment, into high-quality jobs and careers and help employers hire and retain skilled workers. New in 2023, The QUEST (Quality jobs, Equity, Strategy, & Training) grant. The goal of the QUEST grant is to enable individuals who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to enter, return to, or advance in high-quality jobs.
